Explanation:

This module is a standard TEXT/HTML module.  The links below link to a page which contains a PayPal Buy Now module which has enabled the option of taking the item name and item number from the query string.  The query string feature can be optionally enabled or disabled. 

It can be useful when you have many items which are the same price.  You could potentially sell more products simply by adding links w/ product information in the query string.
